What does ITHENA actually do?
ITHENA is an industrial software and AI company. We connect the ERP, CRM, PLCs, MES and service desk you already run into one data layer, put practical AI on top of it, and hand each person the next thing to do through apps built for their role. Do we have to replace the systems we already run?
No. There is no rip and replace. ITHENA sits on top of what you own, with connectors for ERP, CRM, PLC, SCADA and MES out of the box, and it runs alongside Rockwell, PTC, Infor, Oracle and Microsoft. We map your real systems on site before we propose anything.
Where do we start?
With whichever of the three describes you. If you build equipment, we start on the front office and the aftermarket, one record per machine. If you run a plant, we start on the Gemba, the line and the energy bill. If you run the business across sites, we start on the data hub, analytics and the customer side. The starting point changes. The platform underneath does not.
